The control unit monitors the bed-pad until urine flows. When the child
wets, the control unit goes to alarm status, rings the bell and lights up to show the waking child where to go and switch off the bell.

Ramsey Coote does not emit electromagnet radiation Its bell uses alternating current. The acoustic outlet of the bell is in the front panel. An internal baffle directs more of the sound to this outlet.

A by-product of this operation is reduced current consumption. Our modifications have extended the
service life of the bell.
