Ramsey Coote's bell-and-pad alarms have a reputation for a long service life.  We continue to repair the "wooden box" model. And we continue to repair bed-pads with 20 years of service.

Ramsey Coote repairs and upgrades alarm control units and bed-pads. These services are done in our manufacturing facility with parts drawn from a common inventory. One benefit of this is to minimize costs of repairs.

We are specialists in the manufacturing and maintenance of bell-and-pad alarms. Our staff's best practice and  quality of workmanship will be applied to your repairs and upgrades.

Where customers return alarms to us for servicing, we are able to examine these to determine future design changes for extending their service life. Further, we are able to offer upgrades to the latest standard.

Repairable Bed-pads. Our bed-pads can give more than 16 years service if cared for in accordance with the Practitioner's Manual. Some new practitioners may not be aware how repairable our bed-pads are. We have designed these so that a single braid can be replaced. The limit to bed-pad's service life is its rubber which will perish in time. 

Turnaround Time. We try to minimize the turnaround time: the time from dispatch by you to the time when you receive it back. Time-to-repair can be as short as one day. Bed-pads require three days where resealing is done.

Post and Carriage. There are a number of ways to minimize the travelling time and cost. Model H to P control units fit in an Australian Post 3kg Prepaid Express Post Satchel. Wrap the box in one layer of bubble wrap and its fits into the satchel.
